1. Acceptance

When you browse our website or place an order, you accept these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always lives on this page.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Our pieces range from ₹999 to ₹4,199, and each product page shows the price and details for that item. A GST of 3% applies on jewelry and is added at checkout.

Because gold and rose gold rates move with the market, prices can change without notice. We photograph our jewelry as honestly as we can, though screens can show colors a little differently. If a piece ever arrives not as described, message us and we will make it right.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we confirm it once payment or a COD request goes through. We accept online payment and Cash on Delivery for most pincodes. On higher value orders we may ask for a small advance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error slipped through, and in that case we refund you in full.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999, and a flat ₹99 applies below that. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days depending on your region. For the full details, see our Shipping Info page.

5. Returns and Exchange

We accept returns within 7 days on unworn items with their tags and original box. Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. For the full policy, see our Returns and Exchange page.

6. Intellectual Property

The photos, designs, logo, and text on this site belong to ArnaJewels by mannat. Please do not copy or reuse them for your own selling without asking us first. We put a lot of care into our work and would appreciate a simple message if you want to feature it.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to describe and pack every piece well. Beyond the price of the item and any repair or refund covered by our policies, we are not responsible for other losses that may come from using our products or site. Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery is not covered.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
